چکیده
The development of the crossing transportation industry is currently increasing in island areas. use Ro-Ro type ferry boats extremely efficient moving people, goods, and vehicles. current research focuses on damage stability 500 DWT ferry, which aims to meet needs archipelago area. previously existing initial design a barge hull with main size Lpp = 40.15 m, B 12 H 3.2 T 2.15 m was used analyze condition further. First, drawings were redrawn. Then, 3D modeling performed tanks inspected. processing input data finally tested under several criteria based SOLAS 2009. This study concluded whether acceptable considering stability. GZ value standardized scenario calcge as whole. Attention should be provided range positive intermediate stages forward case, wherein ship departs full load experiences failure.

Evaluation of Geometric and Atmospheric Doppler for GNSS-RO Payloads
To reduce the sampling rate in global navigation satellite system (GNSS)-radio occultation receivers, it is essential to establish a suitable estimation of Doppler frequency from the received signal in the satellite onboard receiver. This receiver is usually located on low earth orbit satellite and receives GNSS satellites signal in the occultation situation. The occurred Doppler on the signal ...

In recent years, Supplying sustainable water resources in waterless areas can be considered as some of the major problems in Iran. Presently, there are two conventional systems for desalination technique i.e MED and RO to produce drinkable water, eventhought each ones have its advantages and disadvantages. In this research two integrated system including series and parallel configurations of ...
متن کاملOptimization of Outfall Systems in RO Desalination Plants (Case study: Bandar Abbas Desalination)
The outfall system is a medium to discharge the liquid waste generated by desalination plants, refineries and power plants to the marine environment. Optimal design and operation of an outfall system reduces the concentration of pollutants returned to the marine environment. Numerous researches have been carried out to study the different elements of outfall systems and related design basics. T...
متن کاملRecent Progresses in Preparation and Characterization of RO Membranes
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purifcation technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules, and larger particles for the production of drinking water. The frst RO membrane for seawater desalination, wastewater treatment and other applications were made of cellulose acetate. But, the polyamide thin-flm composite membrane that can tolerate wide pH...
متن کاملLong-Term Stability of Low-Pressure Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Operation—A Pilot Scale Study
Reverse osmosis (RO) elements operating at a low pressure (LP) or a low energy (LE) are generally called “LPRO” or “LERO”, and the nomenclature “LP” and “LE” are convertible due to the interrelated features of the pressure and the energy in the RO process. Not only can LPRO be operated at lower pressures, which enables energy saving, but also at the standard operating pressure with an enhanced ...
