چکیده
The mechanisms of formation male infertility are increasingly becoming immune-dependent. Immunological isolation the testes is provided by anatomical blood-testis barrier and special tolerance immune system to antigens expressed on gametes. For a better understanding immunopathogenetic infertility, study role various factors required.
aim: pro-inflammatory anti-inflammatory cytokines in blood serum clarify their spermatogenesis.
Materials Methods: 45 infertile men aged 22-48 were examined. They divided into 2 groups: first group – 22 with systemic autoimmune disease - rheumatoid arthritis; second 23 somatically healthy patients idiopathic infertility. control included 27 fertile years. Determination concentration was carried out immunoenzymatic method. Student's t-test used compare significant difference mean values between groups. P < 0.05 considered significant.
Results. Patients diseases (rheumatoid arthritis) had highest rate leukocytospermia, indicating possible long-term inflammatory process. In oligozoospermia diagnosed 3 (13.04%), oligoasthenozoospermia 7 (30.36%), asthenozoospermia 8 (34.78%) leucocytospermia 5 (21.82%). arthritis, IL-18 (cytokine IL-1 family) 1.36 times higher than that men. level IL-6 6 higher, IFN-γ exceeded norm more three times. IL-10 9,4 group. Significant changes cytokine profile recorded increased statistically significantly: 1.45 times, 2.85 2.65 Simultaneously, increased: 3.0 times.
We also analyzed ratio levels pro- cytokines. increase ІL-10/TNF-α arthritis. Specifically, 3.3 arthritis 4.1 ІL-10/ІFN-γ positive correlations found men: TGF-β1 IFN-γ, TNF-α. group, synthesis TNF-α balanced production IL-10. TGF-β1.
Conclusions. development associated accompanying pathologies related both local reactivity. decrease IL-1β observed largest number deviations reactivity concomitant diseases.

Correlation between serum lipids profile with sperm parameters of infertile men with abnormal semen analysis
Background: One of the main laboratory tests for evaluation of infertility is semen analysis (SA). However, additional tests may be suggested for further diagnosis of male fertility potentials. The seminal fluid contains sperms, non-sperm cells, and various types of lipids and glucose. Objective: The objective of this cross-sectional study was to correlate the sperm parameters with concentratio...

متن کاملSerum and Peritoneal Fluid Cytokine Profiles in Infertile Women with Endometriosis
Background: Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease with the growth of endometrial cells out of uterus and in the peritoneal cavity. T cell subsets participate in the establishment and progress of the disease by producing different cytokines. Objective: To investigate a group of cytokines related to Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg subsets within both peripheral blood...
متن کاملAnalysis of Serum Cytokine Profile in Pemphigus
BACKGROUND Pemphigus is a group of autoimmune blistering diseases affecting skin and mucous membranes. While pemphigus is an autoantibody mediated disease, the role of T cells and cytokines in the pathogenesis is being increasingly recognized. OBJECTIVE This study was conducted to observe alterations in the serum cytokine levels of patients with pemphigus vulgaris (PV), pemphigus foliaceous (...
