CSI-based human sensing using model-based approaches: a survey

Abstract Currently, human sensing draws much attention in the field of ubiquitous computing, and based on WiFi CSI (channel state information) becomes a hot research topic due to easy deployment availability devices. Although various applications signal model are emerging, model-based approach has not been studied thoroughly. This paper provides comprehensive survey latest methods their applications. First, framework introduced. Then, related models fundamental preprocessing techniques described. Next, typical investigated, crucial characteristics summarized. Finally, advantages, limitations, future trends concluded this paper.
