Crystal structure, physicochemical, and sensory properties of solid solutions Bi1−xLaxFe1−xCoxO3 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1)

چکیده

For the first time, synthesis was carried out and physicochemical properties of solid solutions based on multiferroic BiFeO3 were studied. It found that samples characterized by a rhombohedrally distorted perovskite structure. shown slight isovalent substitution Bi3+ ions La3+ Fe3+ Co3+ in (x ≤ 0.10) leads to an increase specific magnetization. This can be attributed structural distortions causes weak ferromagnetism occur. The studied are p-type semiconductors have good sensory even without catalysts. maximum values S response obtained at temperatures close ferromagnetic Curie temperature, value which is consistent with studies electrical properties.
