2-Aminobenzoic acid–4-(pyridin-4-yldisulfanyl)pyridine (1/1)
The title 1:1 co-crystal, C(7)H(7)NO(2)·C(10)H(8)N(2)S(2), features a highly twisted 4-(pyridin-4-yldisulfan-yl)pyridine mol-ecule [dihedral angle between the pyridine rings = 89.06 (10)°]. A small twist is evident in the 2-amino-benzoic acid mol-ecule, with the C-C-C-O torsion angle being -7.7 (3)°. An N-H⋯O hydrogen bond occurs in the 2-amino-benzoic acid mol-ecule. In the crystal, mol-ecules...
متن کاملBenzoic acid–4-{(1E)-[(E)-2-(pyridin-4-ylmethylidene)hydrazin-1-ylidene]methyl}pyridine (2/1)
In the title co-crystal, C(12)H(10)N(4)·2C(7)H(6)O(2), the complete 4-pyridine-aldazine mol-ecule is generated by a crystallographic centre of inversion. In the crystal, mol-ecules are connected into a three component aggregate via O-H⋯N hydrogen bonds. As both the benzoic acid [O-C-C-C torsion angle = 174.8 (2)°] and 4-pyridine-aldazine (r.m.s. deviation of the 16 non-H atoms = 0.041 Å) mol-ec...
متن کامل2-Aminobenzoic acid–4-[2-(pyridin-4-yl)ethyl]pyridine (2/1)
The asymmetric unit of the title co-crystal, C12H12N2·2C7H7NO2, comprises a centrosymmetric 4-[2-(pyridin-4-yl)eth-yl]pyridine mol-ecule and a 2-amino-benzoic acid mol-ecule in a general position. The acid has a small twist between the carb-oxy-lic acid residue and the ring [dihedral angle = 7.13 (6)°] despite the presence of an intra-molecular N-H⋯O(carbon-yl) hydrogen bond. Three-mol-ecule ag...
متن کاملCrystal structure of 4-aminobenzoic acid–4-methylpyridine (1/1)
In the title 1:1 adduct, C6H7N·C7H7NO2, the carb-oxy-lic acid group is twisted at an angle of 4.32 (18)° with respect to the attached benzene ring. In the crystal, the carb-oxy-lic acid group is linked to the pyridine ring by an O-H⋯N hydrogen bond, forming a dimer. The dimers are linked by N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, generating (010) sheets.

In the title racemic compound, C12H10ClNO, the dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings is 74.34 (6)°. In the crystal, the mol-ecules are linked by O-H⋯N hydrogen bonds, forming zigzag C(5) [001] chains in which alternating R- and S-configuration mol-ecules are related by c-glide symmetry. In addition, inversion-related pairs of mol-ecules are linked into dimers by pairs of weak C-...
