For example, terms of artificial intelligence (AI), mixed reality (MR), extended (XR), collaboration platforms, online learning, distributed cloud, internet behaviors (IoB), cybersecurity. Due to technology, disruptors constantly learn technology order be up date the transfer knowledge learners. Therefore, this research, critical success factors (CSFs) been studied, which help them become highly skilled professionals by developing their own skills successful disruptor at university. The study found CSFs, were derived from synthesis international research papers. Disruptors' consists 12 internal 10 external factors. Smart-professional universities assessed using focus group method eight experts.
