Critical Factors Influencing Cost Overrun in Construction Projects: A Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

Construction industries have poor cost performance in terms of finishing projects within a budget. A fuzzy model for evaluating the critical factors overrun construction China is developed by identifying, classifying and ranking industries. Sixty-five are identified classified into four clusters (project macro, project management, environment, core stakeholders) through detailed literature review process discussion with experts from Chinese industry. questionnaire survey was conducted data collection to calculate an index project-influenced industry China.
