We develop new characteristic-independent combinatorial criteria for semiampleness of divisors on M0,n. As an application, we associate to a cyclic rational quadratic form satisfying a certain balancedness condition an infinite sequence of semiample line bundles. We also give several sufficient and effective conditions for an Sn-symmetric divisor on M0,n to be semiample or nef.

We show that each Eulerian representation of n is the restriction of a representation of n+1. We describe the new representations, giving character formulae, and identify the one which restricts to the rst Eulerian representation as the tree representation.

We find the super-replication formulae which would be a generalization of replication formulae. And we apply the formulae to derive periodically vanishing property in the Fourier coefficients of the Hauptmodul N (j1,12) as a super-replicable function.
