The article examines the concept of "collaborative activity" and analyzes changes made to Criminal Code Ukraine in terms establishing criminal liability for collaborative activity. Considering military situation throughout territory Ukraine, special attention should be paid activities, because cooperation country's citizens with occupiers will contribute overthrow constitutional order, sovereignty defense capability. proposed proper formulation specified concept: "Collaborative is conscious occupation administration, which aimed at Ukrainian statehood, through various interactions: transfer material resources, propaganda, denial armed aggression against voluntary positions illegal authorities.
