چکیده
The study is devoted to the substantiation of criminal-legal significance compensation for harm from a crime. To fight crime and other offenses, criminal procedure law aims at creating property barriers illegal unjustified use objects all forms ownership, ensuring return victim or harm. protection violated subjective rights can be carried out not only with help civil legislation but also administrative ones. In cases crime, unlawful act acquires new qualitative state, reflecting inconsistency behavior legal norms social danger, that is, its damage society rule law.
