The characteristics of perpetrators sexual abuse against children appear in complex patterns relationships. Studies that had discussed this phenomenon have only focused on the existence victims, so they not comprehensively explained perpetrators. This study focuses question "How are children?" To answer question, uses a qualitative descriptive approach exploring cases through online media coverage. reading news is headlines contain cases, and children. Important findings show least carried out by those closest to child biologically, socially, structurally, such as parents, neighbors, teachers at school. Based these findings, it possible formulate concept crime personal closeness contribution study. also recommends importance comparing interviewing groups girls boys more macro empirical basis.
