This article discusses the processes of creating a corporate portal as tool for managing personnel in an organization. It is noted that at time when part employees work remotely, and communication with them carried out through internal networks, or by telephone, formation new modified these tasks becomes necessary condition organizing their effective process controlling it. If organization developing dynamically, has divisions located different cities, working office interested forming cohesive, unified culture, maintaining traditions, systematizing communications its activities, most powerful company management services achieving goals.
