This paper examines the covid-19 vaccination from an Islamic perspective. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative method, and included literature (library research). process of collecting data study to make observations, sense tracking various references that have relevance focus study, both books, articles, so on function support these data. From conducted, it can be seen a preventive measure as not contract Covid-19 virus. use vaccines prevent disease permissible according teachings long they meet halal products, maintain halalness, do basic ingredients are forbidden by teachings. However, there also opinion which states unclean substance changes (by istihalah) into another new substance, considered holy. more appropriate, especially when applied context COVID-19 vaccine. Regarding whether or fasting canceled due vaccination, scholars different opinions. majority (Jumhur) stated intramuscular injection does invalidate
