COVID-19: Post-vaccine Smell and Taste Disorders: Report of 6 Cases

Post-vaccine olfactory and gustatory disorders are very rare were reported in patients who received influenza vaccines. In this article, we report 6 cases of post-coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine with negative nasal swabs. Precisely, dysfunctions 5 1 patients, respectively. Sense occurred after the first injection AstraZeneca (n = 4) or second Pfizer 2) 4 cases, disorder was confirmed psychophysical evaluations. The duration chemosensory dysfunction ranged from to 42 days. None patient mid- long-term disorder. occurrence adults benefiting COVID-19 vaccines is still but has be known by otolaryngologists.
