Background: Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS) are used to treat a variety of conditions associated with pain and inflammation. Analysis price variation among different brands NSAIDS provides guide for cost - effective prescribing helps reduce the financial burden on patient improves compliance. Aim: To analyze various single NSAID’s formulations available in Indian market. Material & Methods: Price NSAIDs manufactured by pharmaceutical companies India same strength was obtained from Current Index Medical Specialties, January-March 2022. Difference between maximum minimum formulation, ratio percentage calculated. Results: Large seen Celecoxib 100mg capsule (476.6%) followed 200mg (402.3%),Nimesulide tablet (358.33%) Paracetamol 500mg (285.06).Price lowest Mefenamic acid 250mg (8%). Among syrup formulations, it that there 29.5% 125mg/5ml, 54.15% Ibuprofen 100mg/5ml 37.1% 100mg/5ml. injectable NSAID’s, Diclofenac 75mg/ml (441.39%). 1%w/w 30gm gel showed 264.86% topical NSAID’s.
