چکیده
In capital-intensive organizations, decisions regarding capital costs play an important role due to the significant amount of investment required and expected return on investment. Spare parts management is crucial those ends, as spare can constitute a portion OPEX. Companies must implement trade-off analysis between stock levels assets’ availability. Decision-making supports mechanisms such Level Repair Analysis (LORA), Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS), life-cycle costing (LCC) models have been developed aid in equipment selection, implementation, decommissioning. Nowadays, these appear be integrated with risk-management standards. This paper proposes long-term model that integrates capacity analysis, reliability functions, risk considerations for cost logistics activities, particularly MRO structures. The built upon Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TD-ABC) incorporates volume activities generated by needs. It also addresses uncertainty through integration cost-at-risk model. By integrating parts, activity-based models, measurement Monte Carlo simulation, this study offers powerful insights into optimizing activities. proposed novel approach include management, its matrix-activity-based structure makes possible development sophisticated mathematical optimization purposes different domains.

Integrating reliability centered maintenance and spare parts stock control
In the classical approach to determine how many spare parts to stock, the spare parts shortage costs or the minimum fill rate are a key factor. A difficulty with this approach lies in the estimation of these shortage costs or the determination of appropriate minimum fill rates. In an attempt to overcome this problem, we propose to use the data gathered in reliability centered maintenance studie...

In airline industries, the aircraft maintenance cost takes up about 13% of the total operating cost. It can be reduced by a good planning. Spare parts inventories exist to serve the maintenance planning. Compared with commonly used reorder point system (ROP) and forecasting methods which only consider historical data, this paper presents two non-linear programming models which predict impending...

متن کاملReducing Costs of Spare Parts Supply Systems via Static Priorities
We study static repair priorities in a system consisting of one repair shop and one stockpoint, where spare parts of multiple repairables are kept on stock to serve an installed base of technical systems. Demands for ready-for-use parts occur according to Poisson processes, and are accompanied by returns of failed parts. The demands are met from stock if possible, and otherwise they are backord...
متن کاملSimultaneous Allocation Of Reliability & Redundancy Using Minimum Total Cost Of Ownership Approach
This paper addresses the mixed integer reliability redundancy allocation problems to determine simultaneous allocation of optimal reliability and redundancy level of components based on three objective goals. System engineering principles suggest that the best design is the design that maximizes the system operational effectiveness and at the same time minimizes the total cost of ownership (TCO...
