COST-BENEFIT EVALUATION BASED ON THE TRAVEL COST METHOD FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES IN KOUNOSU CITY

Although an increasing number of municipalities are engaging in public facility management, there few objective indicators to confirm and verify the specific direction which facilities should be developed future. This paper proposes a cost-benefit analysis method for existing based on travel cost method. As result verification Kounosu City, it was confirmed that is useful because can identify highly satisfactory necessary residents organize priorities directions need redeveloped.
