Increase of blood glucose level In pregnant woman correlated with increased risk maternal morbidity, and problems in labour also affect child outcome. This phenomena cause by physiological changes occur pregnancy such as placental factor inflammation circulation. Changes like tumor nerosis (TNF-α) beta-cell gene disfunction (potassium voltage-gated channel KQT-like 1 (Kcnq1) glucokinase (Gck)) could level. Blood control known to be effective decrease prevent complication mother fetus, preeclampsia, prematurity, low birth weight, asphyxia baby. research wish know correlation delivery fetal use seconder data from medical records retrospective cohort study. Subject this study are which given Hasan Sadikin Hospital (RSHS) sbetween January 2018 – December 2021 has been performed test when first time administered Hospital. Analitic statistic was contingency test, association chi-square continued multivariate logistic regression. From 8996 subjects, positive founded between high random preeclampsia (r=0.154, p<0.001), premature (r=0.020, p=0.052), weight (r= -0.034, p=0.003). Correlation unfounded (r=0.003, p=0.809). There’s weak prematurity incidence. negative baby weight. APGAR score unfounded.
