Correction of urodynamic disorders in women with genitourinary syndrome using a fractional CO2-laser

This article is devoted to the treatment of urodynamic disorders in women with genitourinary syndrome by using a fractional CO2-laser. Nowdays, development an urgent problem among different ages. Genitourinary are complex symptoms associated atrophic and dystrophic processes estrogenic tissues (the urethra, lower third uterus, pelvic floor ligaments muscles). The objective: determine pathogenetic effectiveness CO2 laser premenopausal syndrome.Materials methods. study covered 130 female patients syndrome. were divided into two groups depending on their treatment. main group consisted 56 therapy. comparison 74 who treated local application hormone. To assess efficacy functional status urinary tract, comprehensive pre-treatment post-treatment examination performed.Results. average age examined was 47.2±2.5 years. After treatment, showed increase maximal intraurethral pressure from 16.8±17.9 26.7±21.2 mm Hg (p<0.01). urethral closure increased 15.3±13.2 26.8±18.5 These changes found upon length which 2.0±0.3 3.0±0.4 cm, thus reached normative values for healthy women. At same time, indicators did not statistically differ group.Conclusions. results show that MonaLisaTouch method ablation vaginal vulva epithelium highly effective compared hormonal therapy can be recommended as monotherapy urogenital dysfunction.
