Coronary artery bypass grafting in non-dialysis dependent chronic renal disease

چکیده
Background: Renal impairment is associated with increased morbidity and mortality after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Therefore, we aimed to study the risk factors of CABG in patients non-dialysis-dependent mild-to-moderate chronic kidney disease.
Methods: This prospective included 50 renal (renal disease stage II or III) off-pump (n= 25) on-pump CABG. Postoperative outcomes creatinine levels were compared between both groups.
Results: The mean age all was 48.4±12.3 years, females presented 54% 27). There no differences postoperative myocardial infarction (P= 0.923), atrial fibrillation 0.776), blood transfusion (P=0.794), ICU (P=0.772) hospital stay 0.698) groups. Mechanical ventilation longer (16.4 ± 10.9 vs. 6.1 3.2 hours; P˂0.001). Creatinine significantly lower who had (P˂0.001). cumulative hazard increases 56.7% preoperative above 2 mg/dl.
Conclusion: High could increase undergoing Off-pump be a better approach mild moderate dysfunction.

Certain benefits are clearly associated with the use of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) as compared with the on-pump CABG. The superiority is more evident in patients with multiple co morbidities including renal failure. We reviewed the medical records of a 67-year-old male with a past medical history that was significant for multiple cardiovascular diseases and new-onset end-sta...
متن کاملLong-term results of dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.
PURPOSE Recently, coronary atrial bypass grafting (CABG) for dialysis patients increase, but the mortality is still high. Additionally, many patients show major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular event (MACCE) after discharge and long-term results are not satisfactory. METHODS Ninety patients underwent CABG for dialysis patients. Logistic regression analysis was conducted using preope...

متن کاملConsequences of coronary artery bypass grafting in smokers and addicts
Introduction: The most common cardiac disease is coronary artery disease (CAD) in the world. Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is implemented through two standard surgical techniques, namely off-pump beating-heart CABG (OPCABG) and on-pump CABG (ONCABG). The CABG results in various levels of morbidity, especially in smokers and addicts, who have a lower pain threshold. Regarding this, the ...

This is one of two coronary revascularisation techniques currently used in the treatment of coronary artery disease, the other being percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The patient will already have had a clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD), confirmed by coronary angiography to delineate the obstruction. If PCI is feasible, it may be performed at the time of coronary angiog...
