Abstract We study the impact of interaction between DM and cosmic neutrino background on evolution galactic dark matter halos. The energy transfer from neutrinos to can heat center galaxy make it cored. core formation is efficient for small galaxies such as satellite Milky Way we put a conservative constraint non-relativistic elastic scattering cross section σ χν ≲ 10 -31 cm 2 0.1 keV matter.
