Human cytomegalovirus (hCMV) is a prevalent virus that affects large proportion of the population worldwide. Natural Killer (NK) cells are essential immune play crucial role in controlling hCMV infection. Despite wide spread infection, there still not enough data related to association between innate and adaptive immunity. This study investigated coordination some NK cell markers expression humoral response during Thirty-three samples obtained from different healthy donors were investigated. The anti-hCMV IgG antibody titer was measured serum samples, NKG2C, HLA-DR, CD57, KIR2DL2/DL3, KIR2DL1 analyzed CD56 + CD3 - PBMC by flow cytometry. To evaluate dependence proportions subsets on titers, cluster analysis first performed all data, resulting identification four main clusters. identified clusters demonstrated levels antibodies, according which corresponding seronegative low-positive grouped. results confirmed infection leads an expansion populations expressing NKG2C marker, correlates with higher hCMV. Besides, we increased HLA-DR decreased middle anti-CMV-IgG level group compared donors.
