CONVERSION OF PROPANE TO FORMALDEHYDE ON IRON PHOSPHATE

چکیده

Phosphates represent diverse complex systems, whose basic structural unit is tetrahedron. They are widely applied as catalysts, carriers of catalytic active substances, adsorbents and ion exchangers. Phosphoric acid phosphates act catalyst for reactions alkylation, cracking, izomerization, polymerization, hydrogenation dehydrogenation. some metals promote oxidation normal alkanes with derivation aldehydes, acids, spirits maleic anhydride.
 The process propane propylene on iron phosphate investigated, well the influence such factors temperature, contact time reacting mixture t, ratio oxygen hydrocarbon concentration in a mixture, hydrogen given shown.
 It demonstrated that optimum conditions realization temperature 973 K t = 0.17 s. established excess reaction predecessor formaldehyde. On contrary, at small formaldehyde will be derived immediately from propane. schemes offered.
