چکیده
The aim: to conduct a comparative study of osteoreparative regeneration, namely in the periosteal and intermediate areas cortex, during intramedullary osteosynthesis femur rats with without reaming bone marrow canal.
Materials methods. work is based on results an experimental conducted 56 white mature laboratory rats, which simulated diaphyseal fracture performed stable nail canal first series second experiment. Histological examination specimens was 7th, 14th, 28th 90th day after surgery.
Results. procedure reduces potential reparative capacity tissue endosteal area leads “distorted” activation process cortex restructuring. There significant osteoclastic resorption.
Conclusions. Bone fusion more active use fixator canal, because its manifestations potentials region excessive resorptive restructuring both central part

Intramedullary osteosynthesis versus plate osteosynthesis in subtrochanteric fractures
Due to an ever-aging population and a growing prevalence of osteoporosis and motor vehicle accidents, the number of subtrochanteric fractures is increasing worldwide. The choice of the appropriate implant continues to be critical for fixation of unstable hip fractures. The subtrochanteric region has certain anatomical and biomechanical features that can make fractures in this region difficult t...
متن کاملIntramedullary osteosynthesis in the treatment of lower extremity fractures.
AO Principles are described today as follows: * appropriate reduction * appropriate stabilization * preservation of vascularity * painless early mobilization These requirements can all be met by intramedullary osteosynthesis for suitable indications. The modern generation of nails is highly user-friendly and application of the systems is very safe. Outcome predictions favor reamed locked nailin...
متن کاملUse of flexible intramedullary nails in pediatric femur fractures.
Flexible intramedullary nails are now routinely used for stabilization of pediatric femur fractures. Few data are available regarding patients' postoperative range of motion, weight-bearing status, activity levels, use of immobilization, and radiographic leg length discrepancy measured via routine scanograms. Patients who underwent placement of flexible intramedullary nails for a pediatric femu...
متن کاملRetrograde versus antegrade intramedullary nailing of gunshot diaphyseal femur fractures.
BACKGROUND The use of retrograde nailing for gunshot wound femur fractures is controversial due to concerns of knee sepsis after this procedure since the knee is entered to introduce the nail into the canal. QUESTIONS/PURPOSES We compared retrograde and antegrade nailing for gunshot femur fractures to determine whether (1) knee sepsis or other adverse events were more likely to complicate pro...
متن کاملPediatric Diaphyseal Femur Fractures: Submuscular Plating Compared With Intramedullary Nailing.
This study compared the radiographic and clinical outcomes of pediatric diaphyseal femur fractures treated by submuscular plating, flexible retrograde intramedullary nailing, or rigid antegrade intramedullary nailing with a trochanteric entry point in skeletally immature patients who were 8 years and older. A retrospective review was conducted of skeletally immature patients 8 years and older w...
