CONTINUING A VEHICLE FITTED WITH RUN FLAT TYRES

Modern vehicles are equipped with many systems that monitor the security of driving. An example is tyre pressure monitoring system shows a fault if lowered. Low or no at all (0 kPa) means continuing driving may lead to dangerous situation. Prolonged vehicle 0 kPa in ends burst, rim damage, even loss stability. Therefore, on automotive market, manufacturers offer Run Flat tyres adapted emergency kPa. This article presents results an experimental research field dynamics, pressure. These tests were carried out not only confirm data provided by and verify vehicle's driveability but also analyse effectiveness stopping this type using, for example, police studs, especially when used crimes terrorist activities.
