Contact model and evaluation of friction force molecular component

According to the level of measurement scale, friction force changes its nature and is determined by different depend-encies. The paper views a procedure for determining molecular component based on evaluation specif-ic shearing resistance links un-der elastic interaction silicon nitride cantilever needle having steel sample, used scanning section sample surface in nanometer range with an atomic microscope (AFM) «FemtoScan» under low loads. A sensitive element (measuring device) acts as sensor measuring both: normal load very roughly, change force, applied known stiffness, including value rod form alteration.
