چکیده
A structure’s material plasticity influence on the pattern of contact interaction its elements during operation is studied. The stress-strain state problem for inner casing a steam turbine high-pressure cylinder operating at supercritical parameters (over 240 atm and 565 °C) solved. solved by using finite-element software package. model thermoplasticity with kinematic isotropic hardening considered. In carrying out study, experimental strain curves were used materials connection. main dependencies in solving are given. method thermal flange connector conditions based application layer model. To be able to take into account changes load from fastening process combined both casing, first proposed three-dimensional modeling tightening horizontal applying linear coefficient expansion material. approach allows stress initial studs specifying fictitious change (decrease) stud given as separate body calculation scheme. magnitude specified determined relationship between required, creation, elongation, which implemented scheme presence different values casing. conduct numerical experiment, an ordered grid design was constructed. 20-node finite element construction fastening. effect force loads temperature field, structural under consideration operated, taken account. An analysis results distribution equivalent stresses pressure carried out. difference obtained elastic formulation noted.

Contact Pressure Validation of Steam Turbine Casing for Static Loading Condition
Steam Turbines are devices used to convert thermal energy of steam into mechanical energy, which may be used to produce Electrical Energy. Steam turbine generator units are being used extensively all over the world for generation of electric power and for co-generation of steam and power. Contact pressure and pretension in bolts-analysis has been made easier in recent years due to the availabil...
متن کاملSteam Turbine Configuration
Most electric power is produced by steam turbines. This is because the steam cycle is well suited to the conversion of heat to work and steam turbines can be built in a wide range of capacities up to about 1500 MW. Steam turbines are basically very simple having fixed blades to accelerate the steam and moving blades to absorb the resulting kinetic energy. The moving blades are mounted on a rota...
متن کاملSteam turbine model
In order to characterize the transient dynamics of steam turbines subsections, in this paper, nonlinear mathematical models are first developed based on the energy balance, thermodynamic principles and semi-empirical equations. Then, the related parameters of developed models are either determined by empirical relations or they are adjusted by applying genetic algorithms (GA) based on experimen...
متن کاملDissolving Equilibrium-Immiscible Elements via Severe Plastic Deformation*
Severe plastic deformation has the fascinating power of alloying equilibrium-immiscible elements, overriding the thermodynamic driving force (positive heat of mixing) that would dictate phase separation in equilibrium. This article briefly reviews the current understanding of this subject, in terms of experimental evidence for atomic-level alloying and phase selection, and in particular the mod...
