Constructivist Approach in Ottoman Mathematics Education: Salih Zeki

چکیده

Bu çalışmada son dönem Osmanlı matematikçilerinden Salih Zeki’nin matematik eğitimi yaklaşımının yapılandırmacı karakter taşıyıp taşımadığını tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. amaç doğrultusunda ortaokul seviyesinde yazdığı 6 adet geometri ders kitabı incelenmiştir. Araştırmada doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ders kitaplarının taşımadığının tespiti için 11 kriter belirlenmiş, bu kriterlere dayanılarak kitaplar analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, taşımaktadır.
