CONSTRUCTION OF FERTILE GROWING MEDIA FROM RECYCLED POLYURETHANE FOAM

Invented in the 1930s, polyurethanes (PU) are a special group of polymeric materials. In France, only 3 kt PU recycled annually out production 250 kt. The potential recovery this waste is therefore questioned and agronomic way for construction fertile soils considered.
