Construction machinery hydraulic transmission system fault analysis and elimination methods

Abstract The hydraulic system plays the role of power transmission in working process construction machinery, but their complex structure leads to frequent failure, which turn serious consequences. Therefore, this paper first takes fault diagnosis and troubleshooting machinery as research theme introduces principle common mechanism methods monitoring diagnosis. Secondly, it proposes analyze key components based on bonding diagram theory establish its model flow characteristics components. Finally, pressure velocity characteristic parameters are identified with help wavelet technology, energy distribution entropy value cylinder signal obtained by packet transform. simulation results show that wavelet-based analysis proposed has good tolerance robustness for correct rate pump is up 97%, a average increased 16%; 95%, 13%. can be widely applied systems various effectively improves performance provides technology identification machinery.
