چکیده
Objective: Brucellosis is a serious zoonotic infection worldwide. To date, vaccination the most effective measure against brucellosis. This study was aimed at obtaining vaccine strain that has high protective efficacy and low toxicity, allows to be differentiated from infection. Methods: Using homologous recombination, we constructed double gene-deletion Brucella MB6 ?bp26?wboA (RM6) evaluated its characteristics, safety efficacy. Results: The RM6 had good proliferative ability stable biological characteristics in vivo vitro. Moreover, it favorable profile elicited specific immune responses mice sheep. Conclusion: may have substantial practical application value.

the evaluation of language related engagment and task related engagment with the purpose of investigating the effect of metatalk and task typology
abstract while task-based instruction is considered as the most effective way to learn a language in the related literature, it is oversimplified on various grounds. different variables may affect how students are engaged with not only the language but also with the task itself. the present study was conducted to investigate language and task related engagement on the basis of the task typolog...

Mycobacterium chelonae is a rapidly growing mycobacterial opportunistic pathogen closely related to Mycobacterium abscessus that causes cornea, skin and soft tissue infections in humans. Although M. chelonae and the emerging mycobacterial pathogen M. abscessus have long been considered to belong to the same species, these two microorganisms considerably differ in terms of optimum growth tempera...
