چکیده
Sintering of silver attracts increasing attention in electronic packaging owing to superior bonding quality and high operation temperatures. However, the mechanical properties sintered joints strongly depend on fabrication parameters like sintering temperature, pressure or organic solvents paste. In consequence, characterization this material is a challenging task. present article, unified constitutive equations for plasticity creep are established. Thereby, particular interest devoted influence porosity properties. The assumptions model validated by tests carried out with samples prepared under constant conditions. fitted test results performed tension mode, shear mode conditions stress relaxation. This implemented commercial software ABAQUS through user subroutines UMAT VUMAT. conclusion, can be used as prerequisite reliability predictions Ag-sintered packages.

Rate Dependent Constitutive Equations of Cyclic Softening
Constitutive equations of cyclic strain and stress softening for materials with low internal stress levels are derived from the rate theory. The study shows that over the high stress and low temperature range where the description of plastic flow in cyclic softening can be approximated with activation over a single energy barrier, cyclic strain softening is well related to stress relaxation pro...
متن کاملViscoelastic behaviour of porous sintered steels compact
This paper describes the viscoelastic behaviour of sintered steels with porosities of 12, 20 and 33%, using a dynamic mechanical analyser. Test specimens were prepared from premix powders of 100–150 mm size by a process of die compaction, delubrication and sintering. The influences of test temperature and vibrational frequency on storage and loss modulus and tangent delta have been investigated...
متن کاملConstitutive Modeling of Rocks, Rock Joints and Rock Masses including Strain Softening Behaviour
The rocks are formed through very complex processes and the complex behaviour of rock masses is dominated by the planes of weaknesses . Rock mass consists of intact rock and discontinuities. Many rocks show strain softening behaviour under loads. In this paper, the constitutive models for intact rocks and rock joints are presented. These form the basis for the development of constitutive models...

متن کاملHigh-Temperature Behaviour of Austenitic Alloys -Influence of Temperature and Strain Rate on Mechanical Properties and Microstructural Development
The global increase in energy consumption and the global warming from greenhouse gas emission creates the need for more environmental friendly energy production processes. Biomass power plants with higher efficiency could generate more energy but also reduce the emission of greenhouse gases, e.g. CO2. Biomass is the largest global contributor to renewable energy and offers no net contribution o...
