Abstract The number of social enterprises has grown exponentially in recent times. International research regarding how scale is starting to emerge and becoming an area increased focus. Due their hybridity, experience unique scaling challenges, started examine these experiences. This theoretical paper reviews existing literature on enterprise and, based this, proposes a conceptual model for understanding the interdependent factors elements must navigate when scaling. proposed will provide base further empirical research.
