Connecting the proxy-SU(3) symmetry to the shell model

چکیده
Proxy-SU(3) symmetry is an approximation scheme extending the Elliott SU(3) algebra of sd shell to heavier shells. When introduced in 2017, had been justified by calculations carried out within Nilsson model. Recently our group managed map cartesian basis model onto spherical basis, proving that proxy-SU(3) corresponds replacement intruder orbitals their de Shalit-Goldhaber partners, paving way for using calculations. The connection between and has also worked original framework model, with identical results.
