Cervical spine anomalies can coexist with of the head and neck. The association cervical vertebrae (CVA) cleft lip palate (CLP) has been described as probably result a failure in normal embryological segmentation. most frequent congenital alterations CLP-related are vertebral fusion (VF) deficiency posterior arch (PAD). We report case an acute, non-traumatic onset paraparesis 14 years old girl history CLP bilateral conductive deafness. Magnetic resonance (MR) Computed Tomography (CT) imaging revealed C4-C5 myelopathy sign misunderstood C2-C3 C5-C6 partial VF. A C2 was also present. Dynamic X-Rays showed junctional instability metamers. patient surgically treated anterior discectomy (ACDF) immediate improvement symptoms. new spinal cord involvement pediatric patients neck developmental disorder could be ascribed to malformation therefore should detected by appropriated radiological early possible optimize surgical management reducing risk neurological impairment.
