Configuration for a grounded lossy impedance simulator employing CC-CFAs and grounded passive elements

This article presents a configuration that can simulate both resistor in series with frequency-dependent negative-resistance (R-D) and capacitor (R-C), different selection of passive elements. The proposed circuit employs only two current-controlled-current-feedback- amplifiers (CC-CFAs) grounded does not require element matching, the simulated equivalent values be tuned electronically by applying biasing current to CC-CFAs. To demonstrate application R-D impedance simulator, it is applied second-order notch filter fifth-order elliptic lowpass filter, whereas R-C simulator secondorder resonance find band-pass response input current. Our theoretical analysis confirmed results PSPICE simulation.
