Attitudes of organized labor officials toward health care issues: an exploratory survey of Alabama labor officials.

Delegates to the Alabama AFL-CIO Convention were surveyed concerning their attitudes toward their health benefits and various options for health care reform. Most are satisfied with their current health care coverage, but dissatisfied with its high costs.
