Concrete flow transformer: predicting fresh concrete properties from concrete flow using vision transformers

This paper presents a novel approach for an automatic and holistic quality assessment of fresh concrete on the construction site. Based low-cost easy-to-mount camera setup, delivering image sequences showing flow during discharge process mixing truck, we propose Concrete Flow Transformer, deep learning based Vision Transformers, online prediction properties. The performance proposed is evaluated challenging real-world data set, demonstrating highly convincing results both, consistency rheological parameters concrete.
