Abstract This chapter gives an overview of some the key concepts in field discrimination. It starts by distinguishing between direct and indirect discrimination legal definitions. Next, we define interrelated multiple intersectionality, which increasingly are used both studies social sciences, before giving account organizational, institutional, systemic The ends reflecting on complex relationship endurance categorical inequalities societies where all members formally enjoy principle equality.
