Computer Vision Meets Educational Robotics

Educational robotics has gained a lot of attention in the past few years K-12 education. Prior studies have shown enough shreds evidence and highlight benefits educational as being effective providing impactful learning experiences. At same time, today, scientific subject computer vision seems to dominate field robotics, leading new innovative ideas, solutions, products. Several articles from recent literature demonstrate how also improved general process. However, still, number that connect with remains limited. This article aims present systematic mapping review, three research questions, investigating current status focusing on synergies interdependencies vision. The review outlines presents synthesis, discusses findings across themes. More precisely, this study attempts answer key questions related role, effectiveness applicability robotics. After detailed analysis, paper focuses set articles. It analyzes methodology, vision, robot platform used, cost, education level, area explored. Finally, results observed are referred process benefits. reviewed suggest contributes outcomes enhancing procedure. To best our knowledge, is first approach revises domain by considering element.
