چکیده

The integration of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology and cognitive radio networks (CRNs) promises to enhance the spectrum utilization efficiency 5G beyond-5G (B5G) mobile communication systems. In this article, a NOMA-based spectrum-sharing scheme is proposed for dual-hop CRNs in which primary transmitter separated by long distance from receiver communicates via CRN. scenario, we mathematically formulate constrained optimization problem maximize sum rate all secondary users (SUs) while maintaining total transmit power system. Inspired effectiveness computational intelligence (CI) tools solving non-linear problems, article proposes three CI-based solutions given aiming guarantee quality service (QoS) users. addition, an enhanced version classic artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm, referred here as enhanced-artificial-bee-colony (EABC)-based allocation scheme, overcome limitations ABC. comparison different CI approaches illustrates that minimum required NOMA relay satisfy threshold 5 bit/s/Hz 20 mW EABC, ABC, PSO GA achieve same target at 23 mW, 27 32 respectively. Thus, EABC reduces consumption 13.95% compared 29.78% 46.15% power-saving achieved GA,

Auction and Game-Based Spectrum Sharing in Cognitive Radio Networks

One of the main reasons behind the concurrent increase in the demand for and congestion of Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum is the rapid development of radio networks of all kinds in our world, which has defiantly changed the public feeling about radio. Nowadays, almost everybody has a mobile phone and radio stations are literary everywhere. Someone can argue that our world is becoming a radio wor...

Spectrum Sharing Games of Infrastructure-Based Cognitive Radio Networks

The IEEE 802.22 standard is the first proposed standard for the cognitive radio networks in which a set of base stations (BSs) make opportunistic spectrum access to provide wireless access to the customer-premise equipments (CPE) within their cells in wireless regional area networks (WRAN). The channel assignment and power control must be carried out in BSs and CPEs, such that no excessive inte...

QoS based Spectrum Selection Scheme in Cognitive Radio Networks

The demand for the wireless spectrum has been increased with the increase in usage of multimedia applications. The available spectrum can be efficiently used with the help of cognitive radio technology. In this paper, spectrum selection techniques in the case of cognitive radio networks are studied. Channel sharing and channel contention problems arise when multiple secondary users tend to sele...

A Stackelberg game spectrum sharing scheme in cognitive radio-based heterogeneous wireless sensor networks

In this paper, we focus on spectrum sharing in heterogeneous wireless sensor networks (HWSNs) and consider Stackelberg game exploiting the cognitive radio (CR) technology to utilize those scarce resources. In the game, the licensed network controls and prices the available spectrum resource which the WSN relay: actor nodes can purchase and use to serve the attached sensor nodes as well as offlo...

Spectrum Sharing Scheme using Cognitive Radio Networks Based on Channel Information

An opportunistic spectrum sharing scheme for the secondary users co-existing with the primary users is proposed in this paper. This scheme is proposed to the secondary user in which the secondary user receives the signal from the primary user and then decomposes it to find the required transmission power for it to transmit. Using neural network Classifier the input samples are trained to find t...
