Providing the population with clean drinking water and agricultural water, which provides humanity food, has become one of main problems around world. In Republic Uzbekistan, as well in other countries world, shortage is growing every year. The article states that factors for mitigating shortages agriculture introduction water-saving technologies. Among technologies, most effective system drip irrigation. Therefore, introducing an integrated irrigation mountainous foothill regions republic, where there a energy resources, will be very effective. To provide energy, it proposed to use renewable sources (solar) automation entire process reliable operation.
