Composition dependence of structural and piezoelectric properties in Bi(Mg<sub>0.5</sub>Ti<sub>0.5</sub>)O<sub>3</sub>-modified BaTiO<sub>3</sub>-BiFeO<sub>3</sub> ceramics

Abstract The chemical composition dependence of the Bi(Mg 0.5 Ti )O 3 (BMT)-modified BaTiO (BT)-BiFeO (BF) ceramics fabricated by a solid-state synthesis was studied. effects BT/BF ratios and BMT concentration on crystal structure, piezoelectric, ferroelectric properties were investigated. structure study carried out under synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction revealed change from rhombohedral to pseudo-cubic when BT contents increased. A significant in piezoelectric characteristics confirmed varying ratios. In contrast, symmetry remained unaffected concentration, while tailoring revealed. Based analysis structural overall electrical properties, with modification content along could be applied as candidate materials for various practical applications.
