Composite Material of Clay-biochar for Cadmium Ion Removal from Water

چکیده
A research study of the synthesis nanocomposite clay-biochar material acquired from normal clay and biomaterial Prosopis Juliflora for cadmium ion removal aqueous solutions is reported. Composite materials were prepared by heating ordinary at 500°C temperature was established with XRF, EDX, FTIR, XRD SEM characterization. The results characterized showed that minerals successfully permeated surface biochar to form composites. effectiveness composites in removing metal determined a batch adsorption procedure. composite produced efficiency 99% ions. Adsorption investigated using isotherms Freundlich Langmuir which correlation r2 values 0.924 0.932 respectively ions water. also revealed pseudo second-order reaction removal.
