چکیده
Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS, patellar chondromalacia) after knee surgery is an important problem in sports medicine, solutions to which have not been developed enough. Objective : determine the effect of complex treatment using injectable chondroprotector and special exercise therapy on functional state, statokinetic stability severity PFPS athletes reconstruction anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) joint. Patients methods . An observational randomized controlled trial included 40 ACL reconstruction. The patients were divided into two groups. In control group (n=20), a rehabilitation technique was used main along with similar method rehabilitation, received course intramuscular injections Alflutop (1 ml, No. 20). duration 1 month. Pain assessed numerical rating scale joint function Kujala questionnaire, before treatment. Results discussion One month start measures, both groups showed significant decrease intensity improvement state according questionnaire. study indicators that groups, when standing open eyes, there area common center pressure — CCOP (p<0.05) stability, eyes closed, (p<0.05). At same time, difference results significantly greater than speed movement did change significantly: its positive dynamics revealed Conclusion Intramuscular SYSADOA injection therapy, as part program, reduced improved had

متن کاملThe Kinetics of Athletes with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction in Neuro-Cognitive Challenge Landing
Neurocognitive motor tasks have been shown to have an effective relationship with athletic performance and musculoskeletal injuries. Cognitive changes following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery may lead to adverse knee biomechanical changes and an increased risk of secondary injury. This study aimed to compare the kinetics of athletes with a history of ACL reconstruction and th...
