Background. Secondary lymphedema results from a known insult to the lymphatic system. Worldwide, secondary is more common than primary lymphedema. Compression therapy mainstay of management for all stages Purpose. To compare between effectiveness compression bandaging (CB) alone international standard treatment (CDT) in patients with advanced Methods. Sixty both genders lower limb (stage II and III) aged 40 55 years old, body mass index (BMI) less 35 duration illness ranged 3-9 were included study. They randomly assigned into two groups equal numbers. Group A: Thirty received CDT (Manual lymph drainage, CB, exercises, skin care). B: MCB using short stretch bandages alone.
