چکیده
With fast-growing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technologies and various application methods, the technique has benefited science medical fields. While having strengths limitations on each technology, there are not many studies comparing efficiency specificity of PCR technologies. The objective this review is to summarize a large amount scattered information focused two majorly used technologies: qPCR (quantitative reaction) ddPCR (droplet-digital reaction). Here we analyze compare methods for (1) efficiency, (2) range detection under different disciplines gene targets, (3) optimization, (4) status antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) analysis. It been identified that quantification limit varies depending method type sample. Careful optimization target analysis essential building robust both ddPCR. In our era where mutation may lead pandemic viral infectious disease or resistance-induced health threats, study hopes set guidelines meticulous detection, quantification, help future prevention protection global health, economy, ecosystems.

Detection of tetracycline resistance genes in bacteria isolated from fish farms using polymerase chain reaction
Five common tetracycline resistance genes tet(A), tet(B), tet(M), tet(O) and tet(S) were studied by polymerase chain reaction in 100 bacteria isolated from Iranian fish farms. In the antibiogram test most of the bacteria were either intermediately or completely resistant to tetracycline. Nine isolates out of 46 Aeromonas spp. contained eithe...
متن کاملPolymerase Chain Reaction of Mgc2 and 16S rRNA Genes for Detection of Mycoplasma gallisepticum
Mycoplasmas are very small bacteria lacking cell walls that belong to various genera within the class Mollicutes, and also the smallest organisms that can live independently. They are able to cause serious and chronic disease because of some unique characteristics. Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) is an important avian pathogen causing significant economical losses within the poultry industry. The...
متن کاملDetection of aneuploidy with digital polymerase chain reaction.
The widespread use of genetic testing in high-risk pregnancies has created strong interest in rapid and accurate molecular diagnostics for common chromosomal aneuploidies. We show here that digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR) can be used for accurate measurement of trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), the most common human aneuploidy. dPCR is generally applicable to any aneuploidy, does not depend ...
