Compensation ecogenic harm: experience of legal regulation

The article is devoted to the elucidation of problems compensation for environmental damage caused human life and health by adverse effects environment radiation exposure. Based on fact that radioactive factor primary cause causing ecogenic harm, a definition such harm given, its content characteristics are disclosed, provisions current legislation enshrine main legal means compensate victims analyzed.
