COMPATIBILITY TEST OF VARIOUS SOURCES OF INOCULANT ARBUSCULAR MYCORRHIZAL FUNGI WITH SWEET CORN PLANTS IN PEAT MEDIA

چکیده

The purpose of this study is to determine the compatibility AMF isolates from several host plants yield components sweet corn on peatlands. field experiments were carried out with a randomized complete block design (RCBD) 5 treatments and 3 replications. referred are m0 (without inoculation), m1 (AMF inoculum Pueraria javanica), m2 soybean plant host), m3 m4 sorghum host). Observations weremade mycorrhizal infections, absorption N, P, K nutrients, components, including weight per ear weight, without husk, length, diameter, plot. data acquired observation statistically analyzed using analysis variance (F test), while further tests done Duncan’s multiple distance test (DMRT). results showed that inoculant derived maize rhizosphere more compatible than sorghum, P. javanica, soybeans inoculation. can increase root infection, best peatlands

Effect of biochar on nitrogen retention in soil under corn plant inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi

Maintaining the levels of nitrogen in agricultural fields to ensure crop yield performance is challenging due to the complex dynamics of nitrogen transformation in soil. Nitrogen is mainly taken up by plant roots in the form of nitrate, but it is considered as an environmental pollutant that threatens human and animal health. Therefore, it is necessary to use adsorbent compounds to retain nitra...

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi ameliorate temperature stress in thermophilic plants.

Biotic interactions can affect the distribution of species across environmental gradients, and as air and soil temperatures increase, plant community response may depend on interactions with symbionts. We measured the effect of elevated soil temperatures on mycorrhizal function and on the response of both plant and fungal symbionts, using fungal inoculum isolated from either high-temperature th...

Response of micropropagated potatoes transplanted to peat media to post-vitro inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and soil bacteria

Positive effects of dual inoculation with some combinations of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and bacteria on the growth of micropropagated potato (Solanum tuberosum) transplanted to a peat-based substrate were found in three different cultivation systems — pots, greenhouse or shadowhouse beds. Some inoculation treatments, e.g. with Glomus etunicatum, Glomus fistulosum together with bacteri...

Inoculant of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (Rhizophagus clarus) Increase Yield of Soybean and Cotton under Field Conditions

Nutrient availability is an important factor in crop production, and regular addition of chemical fertilizers is the most common practice to improve yield in agrosystems for intensive crop production. The use of some groups of microorganisms that have specific activity providing nutrients to plants is a good alternative, and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) enhance plant nutrition by providin...

Plants and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi: an evolutionary-developmental perspective.

Arbuscular mycorrhizas (AMs) are widespread symbiotic associations that are commonly described as the result of co-evolution events between fungi and plants where both partners benefit from the reciprocal nutrient exchange. Here, we review data from fossil records, characterizations of AM fungi in basal plants and live cell imaging of angiosperm colonization processes from an evolutionary-devel...
