چکیده

Aim: The progesterone’s optimal route for luteal phase support (LPS) in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles is controversial. This study investigates the effect of three treatment regimens progesterone: vaginal, oral, and subcutaneous form LPS FET cycles.
Material Method: Blastocyst cryopreserved utilizing subcutaneous, or oral forms progesterone between December 2018 May 2020 were included. main outcome was to compare clinical pregnancy rates (CPR), ongoing (OPR), live birth (LBR) different groups.
Results: A total 434 included, which 200 utilized 124 110 forms. Demographic cycle characteristics similar all Compared forms, CPR, OPR, LBR differ significantly groups (p-value = 0.000). Miscarriage calculated according number days after transfer, it shown that group had lowest rate miscarriage with 11 cases (8.8%). highest OPR associated 67 (54%), followed by vaginal 92 (46%). group, 59 (47.6%) cases. less successful 29 ( 26.4%) than Conclusion: Our results showed performed better patients undergoing FET. All administration safe well-tolerated.

Blastocyst transfer in frozen-thawed cycles

OBJECTIVE It is well known that fresh blastocyst transfer results in better pregnancy outcomes with a smaller number of transferred embryos compared with cleavage stage embryo transfer. However, in terms of frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer, only a few studies are available. We aimed to evaluate clinical outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) with blastocysts. METHODS Retrospective a...

Frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles

In order to reduce the chance of multiple pregnancy during in-vitro fertilisation (IVF)– embryo transfer treatment, there is an increasing trend towards transferring a lower number of embryos. Surplus good-quality embryos are then transferred in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles. The first pregnancy after FET was reported in 1983.1 It has been estimated that in IVF programmes in which ...

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of progesterone supplementation during the luteal phase on pregnancy outcome in natural frozen-thawed embyo transfer (FTET) cycles. METHODS In this retrospective cohort study, 228 consecutive patients who underwent FTET cycles between January 2009 and September 2012 were included. One hundred forty-five patients received luteal progesterone support (P group) b...

Methods for endometrial preparation in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles.

Frozen-thawed (FT) embryo transfer is a procedure used for the storage and transfer of excess embryos obtained during in vitro fertilization- intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles. In recent years, improvements in laboratory conditions and limitations on the number of embryos to be transferred have led to a progressive increase in FT embryo transfer cycles. However, the best solution for endo...
